The cleanest way to remove your Micro Suction G-Hold from its tablet is by using dental floss.
1. Loop it around the base.
2. Tighten the floss so it starts to go under all sides of the G-Hold.
3. Wiggle it and ease the floss as you go. This should help the nano-suction on the G-Hold to safely part from your device.
This is a note to say that our Megastick model is completely permanant. Once it is put on, it cannot come off. This option can be requested by contacting us directly.

RETURNS
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 14 days of the receipt of the goods.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are ordering Velour Pads or Compatibility Stickers then we cannot ship the product with tracking details. These are the size of a small envelope so they fit through your mail box. We do however ship these with First Class postage so that you still get the goods quickly.
Please note that all delivery and purchases are EXCLUDING Import Duties and Taxes. Depending on your destination, you may still be liable to pay Duties and Taxes on delivery.
