A physiotherapist reviews the ergonomic benefits of Tablet Holder by G-Hold®

"I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the G-Hold as a great product. You can still use your iPad or your tablet, but use it in a good ergonomic position, and minimise any problems from holding it for too long, or holding it in a bad position.

David Bowmaker, B.Sc (Physio), M.Sc (Sports Science), M.Phty (Manip Physio), MCSP, HCPC, MMPA (Aus), is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Musculoskeletal Specialist. He contacted us recently to let us know how pleased he was with G-Hold's ergonomic benefits, and so of course we had to get him on video.

Here's what he had to say about G-Hold:

"Hello, my name is David Bowmaker, I'm a Chartered Physiotherapist at LifeFit Wellness in Falkirk. I just wanted to have a wee chat with you about the G-Hold, which is what I’m holding just now. With my tablet, when I’m working, I use the touchscreen for my notes, and thankfully about a year ago I was introduced to G-Hold as a way to safely hold my tablet.

"As you can see it means I can hold it very easily without dropping it at all, even in this position. What is very important to me for my own use of the tablet, is that the G-Hold allows me to sit up properly and have my neck and back in a good position, and my hand in a very nice, relaxed grip.

"Obviously for clients as well, if they have neck or back problems, then this could be a very useful device in terms of using their device without any problems. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the G-Hold as a great product. You can still use your iPad or your tablet, but use it in a good ergonomic position, and minimise any problems from holding it for too long, or holding it in a bad position, slumped, as most people do."
